- Credits are consumed when using paid models/features.
- Different models may have different credit costs.
- Your balance is shown in the app under Credits.
Buying credits
- Open Credits.
- Select a package.
- Choose your payment method.
- Complete payment and wait for confirmation.
Receipts and history
Check your payment history in the app under the payments/credits sections (where available).
Refunds / chargebacks
Refund availability depends on the payment method and local regulations. Contact support for help.
Common payment issues
- Pending: some methods take time to confirm. Refresh after a few minutes.
- Failed: verify card/bank details and try again.
- Credits not added: confirm payment status then contact support with your payment ID.
