Login issues
- Can’t log in: check email/password, then reset password if available.
- Stuck on loading: refresh the page, try a private window, disable extensions.
- Session issues: sign out and sign in again; clear site data as last resort.
Chat problems
- Model errors: try a different model or shorten the prompt.
- Slow responses: reduce attachments, use a faster model, try again later.
- Bad answers: add constraints, examples, and ask for a structured output.
Workflows
- Step failed: inspect inputs/outputs for that step and simplify.
- Integration not working: reconnect the integration and re-run.
- Scheduling not firing: verify timezone/schedule and that the workflow is enabled.
Payments & credits
- Payment pending: wait a few minutes and refresh.
- Credits not added: check payment status and contact support with your payment ID.
